OMG Wrestling Podcast
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-D5kI1BwQm0&list=UUbXOsf2vc1qCnn1sxaSo3hA
For my podcast on current events, I chose OMG Wrestling which covers all of professional wrestling news that goes on outside of the 'storylines' that occur during the pro wrestling programs.
The podcast that I watched was about the news surrounding one of WWE's former wrestlers CM Punk who is suing the WWE over unpaid royalties for using his likeness in programs and other related media. The WWE states that they are not doing so because CM Punk walked out of the company in late January despite being under contract.
The previous story was not the only thing talked about in the podcast. They also talked about a few of the matches that occurred in other pro wrestling circuits and showed video footage of them in backstage segments.
I believe that this is a very interesting podcast because of the way that it uses visual aids about other events that they talk about. I would highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is a fan of professional wrestling because it recaps most of the matches that occur in prominent pro wrestling circuits and news outside of the ring.

Hong Kong Protests
The following link is information is on the current event of the Hong Kong Protests as well as the source for the following information:

I looked at the Hong Kong Protests that started occurring in late September 2014. It is rather stunning to look at when viewing the footage of the Hong Kong protests and how big it is, as well as for the call for a democratic government. I believe that without the image provided or lack of video footage, the protests may have been overlooked.
ePortfolio Reflection
I have been juggling around what I wanted to do as a career, or what I could get out of college. For the former, I want to do civil service. For the latter, I want to improve my skills in social media and computer skills.
I found the ePortfolio tool to be very good to use, as it allows one to give themselves a public profile to showcase to the world, similar to LinkedIn. I believe that this is an invaluable asset to have for any job that you want. For me, it will help me stand out when I do apply to things like Civil Service or I could even use it for acting, as I plan on doing when I make a LinkedIn account.
