Coming from Buffalo, NY I’ve always had big dreams and I knew that I would be great. Most of my childhood if not all of it was spent in the house or at church. Unlike my older brothers I was not allowed to do normal things like go over my friend’s house, attend sleepovers, or even cross the street to play with other kids.  What I was allowed to do was sit in the house and watch television. I live and breathe communications and media. I love knowing about what is happening in the world and to be able to tell people about what’s going on. My grandfather used to tell me and still to this day that I should be a nurse and that finding a job in the field of communications is hard to do. I think he was right finding a job in the field of communications is extremely hard but why would I become and nurse when I can go to work every day and do something I love. I have a way with words and I know how to tell a story using videography. I'm not sure what I would want to do with my life if I didn't go to school for Communications, I think I would be lost without it.
