As a group, my cohort came up with a transition project that illustrated what we have learned throughout tier 1 and tier 2 in order to bring our knowledge to our community. We held workshops that allowed other students on campus to discover some of their leadership qualities just like we had. This not only benefited our community but it helped us learn more about ourselves and how we work with others.
