I AM A CHAMPION!
This video is important to me because it has kept me going throughout my entire years here at Pace. It is of a football team called nicknamed "Flowers" as the coach motivates his team about will power and the strength to defy all odds.
This is the part of the speech I carry with me each day, defying all odds;
No one will deny me… No one will defy me… And no one will tell me who and what I am and can be.
Belief will change my world.It has moved continents, and countries and put man on the moon and it will carry me through this battle.
Who Am I?… I AM A CHAMPION!!
Defeat, Retreat, those are not in my words. I do not understand those definitions. I do not understand when things go wrong. I do not understand mistakes, but I do understand this. I understand victory and I understand never surrendering.
No matter how bad things go, my heart and my mind will carry my body when my limbs are too weak.
Who Am I?… I AM A CHAMPION!!
Today will be my day, not tomorrow, not next week, but right now, right here, in your house and in your home.

Overall Reflections
This Fall 2014 semester, I learned so much about issues in the workplace due to differences in morals and values. In Industry, Theory and Practice, I learn that social media was a big part of workplace issues. Some of the issues we talked about are harassment, leaking secrets or confidential information, stealing, bullying, conflict of interest, discrimination and plagiarism especially in the media industry. We learned some ways in which workers can handle hostile environments. The importance of ethics in the workplace. Some of the topics I enjoyed talking about was privacy in work environments because I did not think on it as much. I understand that it wastes company time. I never really sat down to think about it as much. So as a result, I now understand about certain ethics policy I can adhere to in whatever company I work at. These ethics are guidelines that help to set a ground rules. I think it is better to know what the standards in the beginning for employees to have an understanding of what they are expected to do and not to do.
