Social Media has become a huge impact in the work force world. It has gotten to the point where companies are now looking for social media interns, even full time paid employees. 

Can you believe it? "I get paid to Twitter and Facebook"- If that was my job, I would be the happiest employee in the world because this is something I've grown up with so I am a natural.

I read all about this in the barebones for any social media policy. 

The author Sheppard Mullin made a numbered list of the Do's and Don'ts of social media in your workplace, it also explains how it should have a policy for safety reasons. 

At your workplace, your posts can reflect on the company either in a positive or negative way- you must play the rules correctly for it to have remarkably positive feedback. The images I uploaded are straight from the website where I read the article.

All of the rules seemed pretty obvious to me, but that's only because social networking was part of my daily tasks at my internship last Fall. Make yourself and the company look good- nothing below that! 

Sometimes people don't think before they tweet, and that's very dangerous- especially in the working world!
