A Day in the Office
I had the honor of presenting a day in the life of me to Pace University's Marketing Association. I was asked to talk about what I do on a daily basis, as well as how I got my job. I simply talked about how Pace was a great influence with the LPE program but aslo just my strong passion for event planning and magazines. I talked about how I wanted this job since freshman year, attended the career fair and was told to come back when I was a junior. Low and behold that is exactly what I did. Therefore, with my determination I landed the internship and a job right after! Take a look at this presentation of just a little about what I do and some of our even logos!
Our keynote speaker at this years Women in Business luncheon was Kara DioGuardi! She is a former judge of American Idol, a producer and a song writer. She has written songs for many celebrities from Pink to Paula Abdul! It was great listening to her about how she conquered her dreams as a young individual and is now mentoring people who aspire to do what she loves... songwriting and music.
